How do we recruit Teachers?
We recruit our teachers by using the #1 employment website, word of mouth and hosting a yearly job fair. Each teacher that we hire, must pass a background check, are screened, and have completed all required training before working in a childcare center.
Do you run background checks?
Yes- All teachers must complete a background check while working for Childcare Staff on Demand. We want to ensure that each person on our team is vetted thoroughly.
What kind of training do Child Care Staff on Demand teachers receive?
Our teachers receive all training required to work in a childcare center. Training such as CPR/First Aid, AHT, SUIDS, and additional trainings needed throughout the year to help the teachers meet the requirements needed to work in the childcare centers.​
What is the best way to request a teacher?
The best way to request a teacher is to give us a call or send us an email. Feel free to leave us a voicemail. We will follow up between
1-2 business days.
When should we request a teacher?
Feel free to request a teacher right away, the sooner, the better. We work to fulfill all requests.
Can we place a request after hours?
Yes- you are more than welcome to request a teacher after hours via voicemail, or email. One of our representatives will follow up the following morning to confirm fulfillment with you.
Is there a minimum number of hours required?
Yes- there is a 4-hour minimum when requesting a teacher.
